The shuttle to Barcelona Airport at 3:15 AM was awesome. Staff responded to my requests quickly. The hotel ensured I felt super clean and cozy..

The iron they brought to my room did not work, inconvenient. The bathroom door would not stay closed properly, so I had to improvise. This door design is not ideal.

the hotel is about eleven minutes from the airport. it offers a free and punctual airport shuttle service. i found a shopping center with a supermarket only two minutes from the hotel. the breakfast offered a great variety (i especially liked the coffee!).

i noticed the slippers provided for the room were not very slip-resistant. (it felt a little unsafe!)

the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful my kids and i were one minute late as we were walking for the morning shuttle at 4:45 and although we had signed up for it she called the room we didn't answer the phone as we are walking to the lobby and they let the shuttle go i ended up having to pay 30 euro for a taxi to get to the airport plus there was barely cooked bacon at the breakfast buffet i would not recommend staying
