small room poor air conditioning
The room i got felt really small, it was a double or twin room. the noise was constant. You could hear everything happening in other rooms. it made it hard to relax. also, the air conditioning didn't work well. It was either too cold or not cold enough, nothing in between.

This visit marked my fourth time at this hotel. I have clearly enjoyed it. The staff are helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers many choices. The location is central. It is very convenient for exploring. I appreciate their prompt help whenever I need something.
The lift mechanical room's noise was a bit loud. I could hear it every time someone used it. It could use better sound protection because i paid over £1,200.

central location friendly staff good air conditioning
this hotel is close to judgement square and just a short walk to the beach. THE location is central yet quiet. the staff at the reception and pool were helpful. Air conditioning in the room worked very well.

the location was superb. it was very central and near the beach. the breakfast selection had many options!!! i found the bed to be very comfortable.
