the staff was helpful enough upon arrival, and the location allowed fairly easy access to the city center.

The room itself was a letdown. It felt cramped, and the soundproofing was subpar. i constantly heard noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the bathroom had a persistent musty odor. the advertised coffee machine in the room was missing. I had to request it from reception.

The room upgrade to a terrace room overlooking the pool was a fantastic surprise! The reception staff were very good providing helpful tourist information. A delicious buffet breakfast offered many choices. The beds and pillows provided excellent comfort.
