helpful staff sweet treat central location unsupportive pillows little privacy corridor noise

the staff was indeed helpful. i received water and a sweet treat upon arrival. the location was great as i could walk to many places

the pillows provided very little support. i found the bathroom door did not offer sufficient privacy. noise from the corridor easily entered the room

subpar soundproofing musty odor

the staff was helpful enough upon arrival, and the location allowed fairly easy access to the city center.

The room itself was a letdown. It felt cramped, and the soundproofing was subpar. i constantly heard noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the bathroom had a persistent musty odor. the advertised coffee machine in the room was missing. I had to request it from reception.

The room upgrade to a terrace room overlooking the pool was a fantastic surprise! The reception staff were great providing helpful tourist information. A delicious buffet breakfast offered many choices. The beds and pillows provided excellent comfort.

my room was a small double room and had everything i needed despite its size. a kettle arrived quickly after i asked. the staff were friendly and helpful. i will return because the location is great.

the pool is small and shaded during the afternoon.

The breakfast lacked variety. It was the same every day. The coffee from the machine was also quite poor. (I really needed a good coffee to start my day!)
