The location was really convenient, close to many shops and restaurants. the rooftop pool was a nice feature. It provided a relaxing space with a view, the hotel was in a very walkable area.

The room was smaller than i expected, it felt a bit cramped. the air conditioning was not very effective. It struggled to keep the room cool, there wasn't any assistance with luggage, a little inconvenient.

the location was pretty good, close to many shops and restaurants.

i was annoyed to find the bathroom had a strange odor (it smelled like stale smoke). i also was not happy that the shower temperature kept fluctuating from freezing to scalding (it was difficult to find a stable temperature). the tv in my room didn't work for most of my stay (i reported it, but it wasn't fixed quickly).

Mediocre stay with some significant issues

The hotel's location allowed convenient access to many attractions.

I was annoyed about several aspects. The room air conditioning did not work, made for an uncomfortable night. The shower also had very poor water pressure. the noise from other guests was quite loud. I could hear conversations clearly through the walls.
