dismissive customer service concrete wall view

the location was convenient for exploring the city.

I was disappointed with my stay. the customer service felt dismissive. I had to get water myself from the restaurant, something unexpected from a four-star hotel. the room's view was just a concrete wall. the overall experience lacked the hospitality i anticipated.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! Seriously!

helpful staff clean room central location

The staff was amazing. They were so helpful. My room was fantastic, seriously good sized, super clean, and really comfortable. I loved that the location was directly by the metro. It made getting around a total breeze!

That was a bit of a bummer since I have a bad knee.

The location is awesome. It is very close to numerous train options, a huge plus. There is a lot of shopping available, with fine Gaudi buildings, restaurants, and other conveniences within easy reach, a serious win.

internal courtyard constant noise

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to main attractions.

The room i had was not good. it faced an internal courtyard, so there was no view to speak of. also, the noise from the elevators was constant. I heard it all night, it was frustrating and affected my sleep.
