the staff provided helpful information and were great with luggage. anna at the bar was so nice to chat with my children. she even brought my daughter a teddy when she hurt her lip. the terraced area is beautiful i had it to myself one morning it was relaxing.

i found the location great. most attractions were within a walk of 15-20 minutes. breakfast had a large variety (i found it great). the quadruple room was ideal for a family. i found the staff very friendly. the hotel offers luggage storage after check-out, very convenient for my travel plans, attentive staff, convenient location.

i noticed some damp spots in the bathroom. the toilet was directly next to the sink.
