ringing phone wardrobe light

the central location was convenient for accessing many attractions.

the phone in my room rang several times during the night. it even rang at 5am. one of the wardrobes did not close fully, so the light inside stayed on all night. this could bother guests who need a fully dark room.

the hotel's location was excellent , near attractions and restaurants. the room was clean and nicely decorated with a big tv. the breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from and was delicious.

the staff provided helpful information and were great with luggage. anna at the bar was so nice to chat with my children. she even brought my daughter a teddy when she hurt her lip. the terraced area is beautiful i had it to myself one morning it was relaxing.

large variety family room friendly staff

i found the location great. most attractions were within a walk of 15-20 minutes. breakfast had a large variety (i found it great). the quadruple room was ideal for a family. i found the staff very friendly. the hotel offers luggage storage after check-out, very convenient for my travel plans, attentive staff, convenient location.

i noticed some damp spots in the bathroom. the toilet was directly next to the sink.
