The location IS good. It's close to public transport.
housekeeping WAS unacceptable. a staff member entered my room unexpectedly one day and moved my belongings even when I put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. the room faced the street, and I found it noisy because of traffic AND loud people.

The staff was helpful when I arrived. They stored my luggage before check-in, this was very handy. The location was good, near many attractions. I liked the restaurant, it provided good value.
The air conditioning was being repaired . The fan was a solution, but not perfect. The room wasn't very clean upon arrival. the sound proofing was bad and the street noise was loud.
