the owner was very helpful and accommodating. i was upgraded to a bigger room, a nice surprise. the room included clean towels and bedding.
a see-through sliding door provided no privacy in the bathroom. the broken balcony door.

the hotel provided tea and coffee in the room, handy. i met the lobby cat, a nice touch! she was very friendly and enjoyed being petted. the hotel's location was GREAT! it was close to the beach.
I found the reception area a little drab and in need of updating. The sofas and carpets showed signs of wear. the bins were full, and this created a somewhat unwelcoming first impression.

cleanliness comfy atmosphere refurbished room great assistance
I appreciated the cleanliness and the comfy atmosphere. the refurbished room was lovely and modern. the staff offered great assistance with any questions i had. Their help was appreciated. the location was ideal because it was right on the sea front.
the side road parking was just down the side of the building.

The location near the seafront was great I had quick access. The staff assisted with local information making my stay simple. The cleanliness of the room was noticeable I appreciated this. The room included a balcony I enjoyed the fresh air.
