lovely sea view

the guy at reception was very polite he helped us as a family. i entered a bright, clean, cute room it looked fresh. there was a lovely sea view i will definitely go there again on my next trip. a bonus is free parking
on arrival i found a burst pipe which meant there were no services such as the bar, food or breakfast available the next morning. this caused inconvenience due to my disabilities. it meant my wife and i had to walk out to other premises which is what we did not want to do

The staff were attentive and helpful. The manager told me about local alternatives when the kitchen closed early. The beach location is superb. I got a free parking space.
The room key was tricky to work and I needed assistance from the bar. The room needed a deep clean, especially the carpets. The bathroom floor was sticky. I noticed that the bed mattress had noisy springs.

the location was right on the seafront near the beach and shops i had easy access to everything i needed the room provided tea and coffee making facilities i found that quite convenient the marston pub attached served excellent food and was very accessible
the room key was a bit tricky at first i needed help from the bar staff to get it working

The staff were very pleasant. The reception, the chef, and the bar staff all seemed keen to help. i found the bedding really good (the pillows were so fluffy!). the room itself was great. It was clean and the layout worked well.

The hotel room proved spacious. I particularly appreciated the free parking because it added significant value to my stay. The bar staff demonstrated really good friendliness. This helpfulness made my evenings very enjoyable.
I noticed that the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint in certain areas. This included around the bath and overhead sink light. Some carpets and chairs seemed worn.

The room I had was large and spacious. It was clean and warm. The double bed provided was quite comfortable. Parking was available, a HUGE bonus!
The hotel exterior looks a little rundown. It could use some updating.
