great location beach access extra cost basic drinks
i found the location great for beach access. the rooms included everything i needed and were suitable for my stay.
i was disappointed drinks like water and soda cost extra. i thought water should have been included with breakfast and dinner.

rude lady towel exchange
The location was acceptable because it was close to shops and bars.
The front desk service was unacceptable. One front desk lady was rude most of the time. All inclusive should provide beach towels daily, but they wanted a deposit for each towel, and the towels could only be exchanged every three days. The receptionist was UNFRIENDLY.

the hotel boasts a large pool area.. it includes planned activities, like volleyball. i loved that there were kids' water slides nearby. the hotel was always clean and well maintained.
i noticed the rooms seemed a bit dated.. the lobby had a super modern feel, but the rooms could use some updates.
