Delfine gave us such a warm welcome after our long journey. It was like a great start! the hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants and many attractions. a washing machine was available, such a perfect little addition for a longer stay! i'll be back for sure!!!

the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many restaurants and attractions, and everything is within walking distance. other transport options are easily accessible, so exploring more is easy. the hotel is very safe, even when walking back at night.

the room was even better than it looked online, with enough space for three people and lots of storage. complimentary coffee added such a nice touch. the bed was super comfy!!! you will not regret staying here, it is that great!!!

The staff provided a service of 10/10. anything we needed or asked for, their answer was always yes. They were always able to help us out. the communication was amazing. The staff speaking english really helped us get everything we needed smoothly.

The location was acceptable. It made getting around quite easy.

The room was smaller than expected. I felt a bit cramped. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. I reported it, but it wasn't resolved . the temperature in the room was quite uncomfortable at night.

the staff consistently offered helpful suggestions i even received umbrellas and portable wifi hotspots for my outings the complimentary wine bottle with unlimited refills was a real treat the social hour in the evening included varied cheeses and wines it was good. the breakfast was probably the most amazing i have ever had in a hotel i found everything i could possibly want at the buffet various local cheeses and sausages were available along with juices and sparkling wine.

the bathroom lacked hanging racks for wet towels i also wished there was a fan in there.

the hotel staff was very friendly and supportive i felt completely at ease here. the room was always clean it reminded me of a haven after a long day. the rooftop terrace gave an amazing view of the city i enjoyed the sunrise from up there.

the hand basin was in the living room after going to bath i needed to enter with damp hands to wash.
