Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

clean room central location

The staff was very friendly and helpful . They changed the towels and cleaned the room every day. The hotel is located very close to the main attractions.

the hotel provides a free coffee machine. mini muffins are also available as snacks. the location is great it is right in the centre. i could walk to many of the sites.

the room setup was a bit weird. i had to go up stairs then down two sets of stairs. the room only had windows overlooking a small terrace. this terrace was within the interior of the hotel with no outside view.

Acceptable Stay, but Deficiencies are Noticeable

staircase navigation inconsistent air conditioning

The layout was puzzling. To reach my room, I navigated a series of staircases. The room had no exterior windows, only facing an internal 'terrace'. I encountered difficulties with the air conditioning. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, fluctuating noticeably throughout the night. This made for an unsettling sleep.

friendly staff comfortable beds poor wifi low-quality soap

the staff was friendly. they gave recommendations. the hotel was a boutique size. there were local groceries nearby. i found the beds were comfortable after long days.

the wifi was not working. i did ask them twice. the soap and shower gel seemed poor quality to me. the hair dryer stopped often.

charming stay close to everything

friendly staff excellent location clean room great shower

i found the staff friendly and helpful especially lucia magui sebastian and fabio they made me feel at home the room was clean well illuminated and included both a safe and minifridge i especially appreciated the great shower and amenities the location is excellent offering easy access to many beautiful places and restaurants

the setup to reach my room involved a few stairs i had to go up some then down two sets this was slightly inconvenient

the location proved ideal i was near the city center plus close to the arc of triomf and park ciutadella many cafes and supermarkets are nearby making it easy to find dining and essential items i walked to many attractions.

the staff was attentive and willing to assist with any requests i had received all the information that i needed promptly upon arrival i also got a complimentary bottle of catalan wine as a welcome gift in my room.

the hotel provided a mini breakfast station with coffee tea and muffins this was a nice touch offering a convenient option for a quick bite i also observed many breakfast places and wonderful bakeries close to the hotel.
