super stay. cheerful staff!
fancy lighting great bathroom helpful staff
The room was clean, with fancy lighting. it included a great bathroom. the location is decent. I found it easy to get around. the staff members were always kind and helpful, a real plus.
i had to ask for my invoice multiple times. it was eventually sent by email.

i enjoyed a glass of cune rueda verdejo 2022 at the rooftop bar. stefanny offered great service there, and it was a very pleasant experience. i liked the rooftop atmosphere.

solid stay near the sea
beach proximity friendly staff
I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It was a short walk. the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. the lobby was spacious. There was plenty of room to relax. the breakfast had good variety. I could always find something to eat.
the air conditioning was not very effective, and the room remained quite warm. i had trouble adjusting the temperature, it was a little uncomfortable. i think maintenance should check all ac units regularly.

The staff were very helpful. They quickly responded to requests. reception offered assistance with directions, and they provided useful travel tips! the check-in and check-out processes were seamless.

The room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping did a great job each day! the bed was comfortable, and i slept well. a minibar stocked with water and drinks was available, though it was a bit expensive.

the breakfast buffet had many options, including pastries and fruit. the coffee machine produced decent coffee, though it could be better. i did not have the chance to try other meals, though the dining area seemed neat.

The hotel is located near public transportation, so getting around was easy! a shopping mall is also nearby. I was able to buy some souvenirs! the area felt safe, though it was far from the city center.

The location is near public transport. the big shopping center is also nearby. i found the staff nice and helpful. They answered my questions quickly. the room was modern, and i liked the new design.

A decent hotel with minor issues
convenient location modern room clean room hot corridor confusing switches air conditioning
The hotel's location is convenient. It allows quick access to the beach and the Diagonal Mar mall. The room was clean and looked modern. The bed was also great (I slept well!).
The corridors on each floor felt too hot. There was a lack of air conditioning there. I also noticed that the fancy lighting switches were confusing to use. It wasn't easy to find the right setting.
