The staff was helpful and responsive. Location was EXCELLENT. Breakfast was good, so everything was acceptable. The terrace provided a restful place after long days.
I found the room quite small. The curtains did not meet in the middle, letting light in EARLY. The shower head kept sliding down the pole, and the shower screen kept swinging out over the toilet.

The location is definitely convenient. It is near the beach and several restaurants. the staff spoke english well, greatly appreciated
the air conditioner was not working properly, therefore the room felt warm

The location was FANTASTIC, near the Gothic Quarter and the beach. I walked to many places. The staff at the front desk helped me plan my trip. The breakfast had MANY choices and good value.
I found that my room lacked a kettle. I expect a kettle in EVERY hotel.

Breakfast included a wide array of options. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The dining area looked spacious and well-kept. The staff kept the buffet stocked. I appreciated their effort.

The reception staff was FRIENDLY and helpful. They gave accurate directions to local attractions. I watched them assist guests with luggage storage. It was efficient. Staff addressed my questions quickly.

The hotel is near the Barceloneta metro station. It is convenient. There are bus stops outside. I saw many restaurants close by. A shopping mall is within walking distance.
