great hotel
excellent breakfast large towels
the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. the gym included a nice fruit basket. the staff members were friendly and helpful. the room was great and i loved the large fresh towels by the pool.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Customer service was excellent. The staff was professional. The architecture was fine and meticulously kept. I felt valued throughout my stay.
The top deck bar was not open (it's a shame).

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The garden next to the hotel provided a relaxing space for a morning walk. The hotel was close to both the Metro station and a bus stop. It was easy to travel around the area.
The room's air conditioning did not work properly. Staff did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. The outdoor pool opened late, not convenient given my schedule.

The room had a spacious layout. I especially liked the bidet in the toilet, it was a nice addition. Upon arrival, I received a welcome tray filled with chocolates and some refreshing water. The hotel lobby impressed me with its good smells and mountain views.
The hotel is a bit removed from the main attractions. I found myself relying on taxis a lot.

The hotel is set in a quiet area. I appreciated this peaceful setting. The green line subway is about 500 meters away from the premises. The airport is approximately twelve minutes away. Camp Nou stadium is about a kilometer away.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. This added to my enjoyment. The air conditioning worked very well! The pillows were comfortable! I had no issues with the cleanliness. The room was super clean.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. Margalida at the front desk was especially helpful. I found this very nice! Several staff members struggled a bit during busy times. This was a slight inconvenience. The front desk staff offered excellent service.

The grounds were large. I also appreciated the outdoor pool. The gym looked modern. I didn't use it, though. The hotel featured beautiful gardens, and I found them tranquil! The outdoor seating area was great at breakfast.

excellent buffet english choices air con problem dreadful sleep
The breakfast buffet included English style choices and was excellent. The hotel lobby has nice smells and amazing views of the mountain.
The pool didn't open until 11am. This was useless as I was checking out at 12. Staff offered no compensation for a dreadful night's sleep after long flights. They knew of the air con problem. It's certainly not worth what I paid for a '5 star hotel'.

i found the breakfast had many options. i also ate at one hotel restaurant. i used the shuttle to get to the city. the gym has equipment.
i asked for an iron, but it never arrived.
