a mediocre experience
ineffective air conditioning breakfast variety
The air conditioning was not effective . also , the breakfast lacked variety . The same options were offered every day. i found the lack of change quite disappointing. the hot items were often lukewarm , which affected my enjoyment of the meal. it would have been nice to see some new choices .

metro station shopping centre rooftop view
The metro station was very close. it made getting around so simple. the arenas shopping centre was also nearby. It provided ample options for dining and entertainment. the rooftop view provided a beautiful perspective of the surrounding area.
The sound insulation was not perfect. I could occasionally hear some noise from the hallway.

The location was quite close to the metro. It was near railway station, that was great. The airport bus drop off point at Placa Espana was near, I liked it.
The toilet was small. A person that is fat or bigger than average can't fit there. There was a poop when I entered the room for the first time.

amazing room cleaning hallway aroma helpful staff
The room cleaning was amazing. The hallways always had the aroma of fresh flowers (it made walking to my room a delight!). I found the staff to be very kind and helpful.
The room and corridor looked a bit worn. I noticed some stains on the hallway wall.
