the hotel is near the underground station. It made getting around simple. the staff were very willing to help with anything i needed.
The shower had mold. That was not good. the room needs updates.

the hotel location is excellent. it has quick access to earl's court underground station for convenient travel. there is also a supermarket nearby, a minute walk away, quite convenient for groceries.

bathroom leakblocked drains
the location was decent, close to the subway. the room itself left much to be desired. the bathroom floor leaked, and a staff member blamed us for causing a leak into a lower room. it felt unfair and baseless. the drains in both the bathroom and the kitchenette were blocked. i found this quite bothersome.

the location near public transport was a boon. the room had a microwave and fridge, i found that quite useful. staff assistance was really friendly, always ready to assist. the rooms cleanliness added to the comfort i felt.
the facilities do look a bit old.

the location proved very convenient, a short walk from earl's court station. i found several food options nearby, including a supermarket. the room included functional appliances that allowed simple meal preparation (very helpful).
the decor looked somewhat dated, which might not appeal to everyone.

mold issuelack of cleanliness
The bathroom facilities were subpar. I noticed mold within the shower area. A distinct lack of cleanliness was apparent . These issues detracted from the overall experience. I was genuinely disappointed by this aspect.

The staff was very helpful. The location was great, just a minute's walk to the train station.
The bathroom was below standard. There was no tiling on the walls, only marble pattern wallpaper in a tile pattern. Mould could not be washed off, I found this very disappointing (I even tried myself!). The shower pipe was leaking.
