the staff was helpful with directions. the location was near shops. it was a short walk to a bus stop. food delivery was easy too.
the room had a hole on the wall. the lamp shades had piles of dust. i could hear noises from other rooms too. these walls are really thin.

i found the area quiet. the staff seemed friendly and understanding to me. i was grateful for this quiet residential road as i appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a long journey.
i did notice a shelf above the bed. i worried i might hit my head on it during the night. i suggest removing or padding it for safety.

the room had firm but comfy mattress. i also found the towel and bed linen clean. there were double-sockets at each end of the room, that was great.

i saw there was coffee in the room. it also included two milks with the coffee. i was not able to sample breakfast .

the staff was helpful to me. i observed that the reception area seemed pleasant. i also liked the professionalism that i saw at the hotel.
