The staff were friendly I appreciated their help. the room was clean I found it quite suitable for my needs. the location was ideal with convenient parking provided. i made use of the tea and coffee facilities available in my room. This was quite useful.

my room was large it overlooked a quiet street lined with trees. the room was cleaned daily the staff also restocked it with essential items. i enjoyed the comfortable bed that was made each day by the staff.

respectful staff comfortable room ideal location

i found the staff helpful and courteous my room was large and comfortable it overlooked a quiet tree-lined street the hotel location is ideal with good parking i appreciated easy access to south station.

the bath towels were quite small it's a small thing though

the staff was nice. the room i had was a good size. i found the bed comfy. i appreciated that the room was cleaned daily and restocked with essentials. the included breakfast offered generous portions.

the building needs some repair, the furniture needs some love.
