friendly staff complimentary water clean room comfortable bed

the staff was very nice. the room had complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. it was clean, warm and comfortable. i had a good night sleep.

the room was a little hot and only one window open a very small amount. i think a small fan might help

missing soap inadequate ventilation

I noticed the room lacked some essential amenities. There was no hand soap provided, only a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The room also got quite hot, and the single window only opened slightly. This made it difficult to get fresh air, disappointing.

new bed large room

the room was recently fully refurbished and the bed and fittings were all new. the pub below is lively and cute and i did not hear music and sound in my room. i found it a comfortable and large room.

i found that teas and coffees were provided but no kettle. a small bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner was provided but no hand soap. the room was very hot and only 1 window opened a very small amount.

Mixed bag OF features , to say the LEAST.

dusty spider web cold water problem

the staff were KIND and helpful.

I found A long dusty spider web hanging from the high ceiling , which was unexpected , to say the least. The shower water was also an issue . There was no cold water , so showering was impossible without risking burns. Getting cold water from the sink required waiting a surprisingly long time.

terrible road noise single toilet roll

the room faced the main road noise was terrible it really disturbed sleep. i found only one toilet roll provided. it is not a hotel so there was no reception available when i needed more toilet paper i had to buy it myself.

The location is near public transport. Staff members were helpful and kind. The room included many amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well.

The cold tap water took a while to run cold.
