the front desk staff seemed very friendly. the location of the hotel is great, close to the inner city. the room was very clean, and the bed felt very comfortable.
the room wasn't properly cleaned when i checked in, i noticed a sticky hairdryer. i also found hair in the shelves. the rooms don't get a lot of daylight, it felt a bit frustrating.

The staff were super friendly and helpful during my entire stay. The hotel's location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions. The breakfast was in a cute café just around the corner (great pastries!). The hotel was also very quiet.
The room was slightly dark, it would be helpful to have more lighting options.

The location is perfect, very central to key attractions in the city. The hotel is a short walk from the shopping street. It is also near the Danube. Bus line 100E from the airport is close by, along with the metro.

Wonderful hotel in a great location

The hotel location was great for seeing the sights. I found many restaurants and activities at a short walk. The breakfast they served was friendly and filling. I enjoyed the modern, clean design of the boutique hotel.
The room wasn't properly cleaned when I checked in and it was a little disappointing.

The staff were genuinely attentive and super helpful. They offered great recommendations and even poured glasses of wine. The hotel was impressively clean, and my room had every amenity I needed. I liked how the room's decor matched the images online.
The street noise made it challenging to sleep soundly. Earplugs helped, but better soundproofing would improve the experience.

I liked that this hotel had a great location, very close to public transportation! it was easy to get around and see all the main attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful tips. my bedroom had a good size and the bed felt really comfortable. I slept very well.
the walls were thin, so i could easily hear the neighbors talking in the next room! this made it hard to relax sometimes.

My superior double room featured amazingly high ceilings and overlooked a large courtyard. It was very quiet. the bathroom was spacious, with a huge bed! temperature control in the room was easy to adjust, and i could open the window if i wanted.
