I found the hotel staff very helpful. They readily assisted with scheduling a hair appointment. The reception staff, including Aria, provided really good service. The hotel location near the metro and airport shuttle was convenient! I appreciated the cleanliness and the comprehensive breakfast options provided. The hotel upgraded me, I have found a bigger more confortable one.
The surroundings near the hotel felt slightly unsettling because it was unclean and near garbage bins.

the staff offered helpful assistance when i needed it. the room was tidy and included every necessity. the location allowed easy exploration of the city center (i enjoyed the short walks). i found the beds comfortable.

The location shines. It's super central and getting around became easy. the staff are very helpful. the room itself proved great. large windows brightened the space, and i felt very secure during my time.
the air conditioning had issue. the control seemed to be at reception. i experienced either freezing or suffocating conditions which cause me inconvenience.
