Great Stay Near the City
tasty breakfastrelaxing spaconvenient tram
Breakfast WAS varied and tasty. I especially liked the fresh pastries. The spa provided a relaxing experience with its multiple pools and warm waters. The tram station near the hotel made traveling to the city center convenient.
the room decor was a little outdated.

the hotel features a full spa with pools, jacuzzis, and saunas, i think it creates an opportunity for relaxation. The gym has treadmills, stationary bikes, and weights for those wanting exercise. Free wifi IS available throughout the premises.

staff members were always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping provided daily service, the room remained clean. i also appreciated the quick response when i contacted the hotel with questions prior to arrival, they provided a detailed response.

the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. i noticed fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and cereals. The hotel restaurant provides a menu with local and international cuisine. i appreciated also that vegetarian options were available.

the hotel is near a tram stop, giving quick access to the city center. i could easily reach margaret island with a short walk. Public transport links are nearby, they offer good connectivity to main attractions and locations.

extensive selectioncomplimentary spavaried temperature pools
the breakfast selection was extensive. the spa access was complimentary and greatly enhanced my stay. the pool area included multiple pools offering varied temperatures (a good touch!).
the hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, requiring reliance on public transport or taxis.

the hotel staff provided excellent service. they were always available and ready to help with any requests. the team demonstrated really good care in every interaction.

The bathroom was not clean. I saw hair in it. also, the television did not work correctly. I had to unplug it to turn it off.

The breakfast had a rich food variety. It was probably one of the BEST breakfasts i have experienced in a hotel. The thermal spa was an added bonus.
Reception staff were disorganised and rude. Internet was very poor with intermittent connection.
