the location was amazing, very close to everything. my room was a good size, and the temperature control worked well. i also appreciated that the windows opened, allowing fresh air.
The room i was given had a view facing an inner courtyard. i booked a city view. This felt disappointing.

Breakfast had many choices. It was very good!!! there were several options and the area was kept clean. i especially liked the available coffee. i found it to be a good start to my day.

the staff were helpful and friendly. they were always available at the front desk to answer my questions. the people working there also let me keep my luggage at the hotel after checkout until my flight!!!

the hotel is near many restaurants and public transport. my room had a great view. breakfast offered a continental selection. the room included enough chairs for everyone.
The bathtub was quite high. it was hard to get in and out. i didn't find a ventilator in the toilet. Though the towel dried quickly.

The breakfast included standard continental options with good variety. there were no specially cooked egg options available. The buffet area can get crowded, particularly during peak hours, sometimes causing a wait for seating. Despite this, i found it adequate to start the day.

the staff members were polite and provided helpful assistance. they accommodated my early arrival, allowing me to check in immediately. the receptionist wasn't very forthcoming with city maps, however was good.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's a short walk to the metro and many attractions. They also helped , very appreciated.
The breakfast was just ok. It didn't have many options. the bathtub was very high. It was hard to get in and out.
