comfortable stay in a central location
convenient location friendly staff rooftop terrace
the location was very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. public transportation was also readily accessible. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the rooftop terrace and the gym.
the hot breakfasts were not refreshed adequately. the food was left to harden and go cold. this was disappointing as i was looking forward to a warm meal.

outdated room cleanliness issues
The location was acceptable for getting around the city.
The room felt outdated and not very clean. I saw several scratches. Some things were falling apart. I do not feel this meets 4-star expectations.

helpful staff fresh pastries amazing views perfect location
I found the staff very helpful . The breakfast offered a good variety, I really enjoyed the fresh pastries. The rooftop bar provided amazing city views, I spent every evening there. The location was perfect for exploring the main attractions (everything was within walking distance).
The gym was a bit small and had limited equipment.

friendly staff clean room substantial variety
the staff were consistently friendly. I appreciated the clean room, it was always well-kept. Breakfast had substantial variety, including fresh fruit. i enjoyed the rooftop bar, it has nice city views.
the gym was rather small. equipment was limited. I think it could have more options.

the hotel is near public transport. major attractions are within walking distance. the area felt safe, and it was also quiet despite its central position. a good stay is very possible here.

my beautiful double room had sufficient space and a comfortable bed. I did find it warm and quiet. the shower pressure was excellent, and i had hot water all the time. there were many Restaurants and bars nearby

fresh pastry quiet room
the provided breakfast showed lots of choice. fresh pastries were good and so were the juices available. i found good salads also. the room it was clean and tidy. the temperature was appropriate and the room service was good. the rooms were quiet therefore i relaxed and the wi fi was also good.
the elevator did not bring me to the desired floor.
