the breakfast was excellent. it had a lot of options. the breakfast area remeined open for snacks and drinks until late evening. this was a really nice perk.

Tables and glasses sit in the corridor to my room. it. it seemed like i was in an overflow part of the hotel. the hairdryer tripped every minute. It took too long to dry my hair.

I found the hotel looked super fresh . The cleanliness extended to both the rooms and all common areas. Everything was fresh and well kept. Breakfast provided a generous selection of tasty options. It catered well to diverse tastes, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The central location proved advantageous. Most major attractions are within walking distance.

i notice some slight wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures.

The beautiful quadruple room FEATURED adequate space for luggage. it included individual climate control, allowing personal comfort settings. high-speed internet access WORKED efficiently. I had no connectivity issues.

the reception staff were always pleasant, acceptable.

I found that my room was advertised as a room with a small window. The problem was the view, or rather, the lack of one. It faced directly onto another building's wall. The room should have been advertised as a room with no view. This was really disappointing and i felt a bit misled.

The hotel HAS a really convenient location. I got a free drink voucher for the bar. The breakfast selection HAS quality foods. The staff retrieved my lost passport from a bar. That was a HUGE help. They really went the extra mile for me.

The bedroom LIGHTING wasnt that great. That is ALL i can complain about.

The included breakfast had a great selection of quality foods, which i found very convenient. i also got a free drink voucher for the bar, which i put to good use. the location was ideal. I found myself in the center of everything. i appreciated how the staff retrieved my passport and bag from a local bar after i lost them.

i thought the towels looked old and tired.

The room was rather small. It felt somewhat cramped. I was also quite annoyed that the towels were not changed one day. The staff ONLY changed them after I complained to reception. This is not the standard I expect.
