mixed feelings about my stay
dusty furniture cold breakfast room
the location was good, near to many attractions.
the room was not as clean as i expected. i found some hairs in the bathroom, and the furniture was dusty. also, the breakfast room was very cold, so i had to wear my coat while eating

unresponsive air conditioning repetitive breakfast selection
I found a few things disappointing. The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own, not cooling when I really needed it. I suspect they control it centrally. breakfast became quite repetitive after a few days, because the selection barely changed at all. The staff removed plates way too quickly. They swooped in the second you stood up. It reminded me of they were rushing us out.

a pleasant stay in the city center
excellent location helpful staff
the location is excellent. i easily walked to many attractions including parliament and st stephen's basilica. the public transport access was convenient too. the front desk staff was always helpful!!!

I found the location quite convenient, particularly for accessing the Parliament area. My room was ready upon my early arrival, a GREAT surprise. The room included a safe and a kettle with assorted teas.

The hotel sits near several transport links. I found the air conditioning in my room useful. The shower had high pressure this was much appreciated.
