unresponsive air conditioningrepetitive breakfast selection
I found a few things disappointing. The air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own, not cooling when I really needed it. I suspect they control it centrally. breakfast became quite repetitive after a few days, because the selection barely changed at all. The staff removed plates way too quickly. They swooped in the second you stood up. It was like they were rushing us out.

excellent locationhelpful staff
the location is excellent. i easily walked to many attractions including parliament and st stephen's basilica. the public transport access was convenient too. the front desk staff was always helpful!!!

I found the location quite convenient, particularly for accessing the Parliament area. My room was ready upon my early arrival, a GREAT surprise. The room included a safe and a kettle with assorted teas.
