The room had a complimentary mini-bar, it was a lovely treat. I found the wifi connection fast. A desk and chair in the room were useful.

The breakfast was okay but overrated. There was no phone in my room, SUCH A shame. The cleaning service was not done, unless i asked at reception.

the room service was inconsistent. one day, towels were missing, the next, there was no soap. the minibar wasn't restocked. this. i found it difficult to relax during the day.

The room had a modern design and was sufficiently large. It was very quiet despite the inner-city location. I was able to store my luggage on my departure day. The bathroom had a large, good shower with plenty of hot water.

the staff helped us book a taxi to the airport and thats good. we were told the drinks in the fridge were free.

the room itself was not so clean. i found a crack in the wall and i could hear everything in the next room. i asked to change rooms, but they said the hotel was full. it was a total disappointment.
