The location is excellent. I found tourist attractions, the city center, a metro station and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop nearby. The staff proved very polite and helpful. The apartment had a great location and it was very clean.

Toiletries only included an all-in-one body wash and shampoo. I really prefer separate products. The shower box leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. The bedsheets seemed very low quality.

Breakfast features a buffet style. I noticed enough options were available to choose from. A spar market is right across the road. A kebab shop is just a few doors down offering lovely food.

Our studio apartment featured beautifully styled rooms with a perfect layout. It included a full kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, water heater, cutlery, and pans. The room was fresh, very clean, and had air conditioning.

The reception staff was very friendly and professional. They offered free safe storage for luggage, a great convenience for late flights. Staff members speak english very well, which helped a lot.

The location is very central. It is really convenient for accessing shops and restaurants. The room included everything I needed. The room was also generally clean.

The reception staff were not the friendliest. The beds in the apartment are two single beds on wheels. The sun shines in and wakes you up because the brown curtains do not fit the window.

the location was very near to all touristic locations and public transportation met my needs.

the room was excessively noisy i could hear street noise all night. the refrigerator was also quite noisy it kept me awake. i found the street noise and refrigerator noise to be disruptive to my sleep.
