really good stay

the location was excellent. it was close to many restaurants and shops (a real plus). the apartment had everything i needed. the staff were friendly and helpful.

cracked walls
the walls sure needed some love. i swear i saw cracks wide enough to lose a coin. only one for seven floors! i nearly considered taking the stairs as my new workout routine, but laziness prevailed.

the staff were super friendly, and the reception was open 24 hours a day. the apartments are at the top center of the city. it's super comfortable and fast to reach everything one needs to visit. the metro station is less than 5 min walking, the bus from the airport is 3 min walking. there are trams and busses around. i found walking all around super easy, as it is the city center.
rooms facing the street are noisy with loud shouting going on till past 3:00am. better soundproofing is needed (i really hope they do something about it).

the hotel offers 24/7 reception service, very convenient. public transportation, including metro and bus lines, is easily accessible within a short walk. the hotel provides a comfortable and central base for exploring the city (i thought it was great!).

my apartment had a microwave, toaster, and tea cooker. oven and other standard kitchen appliances. the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was clean. i had many pillows and separate rooms which was very helpful.

the staff were nice and friendly throughout the hotel. the hotel offers coffee at the reception to make in their apartments. cleaning service occurred every second day with a change of towels.

The apartment's location was ideal. I found many supermarkets and various restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a rich, delicious buffet (i especially loved the pastries).
The hallway had a noticeable cigarette smell. Soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear neighbors and street noise (even late at night).

Staff communication was excellent, especially when arranging airport transportation. The personnel was very kind and helpful. They provided a cot with bed linen and a high chair for our baby.

The location was fantastic. I appreciated the short walk to transport including the airport bus, trams, and the Metro. The Basilica and other attractions are nearby. I found various restaurants with different cuisines and prices.
