Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

functional gymsmall jacuzzicapsule coffee machinecomfortable bed
The hotel featured a functional gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The spa included a sauna and a small jacuzzi (it was perfect after long walks). My room had a coffee machine with capsules, which I used every morning. I found the large bed very comfortable with good bed linen.
I had a slight issue with the air conditioning, I could only adjust it through reception.
Facilities
9/10
The spa offered a pleasant escape with a sauna and jacuzzi available to guests, made relaxation easy. I was glad to discover the fitness center equipped with modern machines, ensuring guests could maintain their workout routines. A rooftop bar was also open.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet provided a rich selection with diverse options available to satisfy different palates (the omelette was great!). I noticed that staff are available to prepare fresh omelets with various fillings. The coffee machine was handy for getting coffee, other nice coffees could be ordered with the staff.
Location
9/10
The hotel is near a bus stop with quick access to shops, restaurants, and baths. The location strikes a balance of being near the city center yet quiet enough for restful sleep. A short walk led to a shopping center.

Excellent Hotel Experience

ample spacespacious showergood teamample storage
The room had ample space for three people with a large double bed. We also had an open sofa bed and room for more seating. The bathroom featured a huge tub plus a spacious shower. I found the hotel team good and always ready to help. Wardrobes offered ample storage.
there was a conference that limited access to the hotel bar one evening.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features a sauna, a steam room, and a pool. The spa provides a perfect space for relaxation and guests can use it freely. The location is favorable for accessing the city, either by walking or using the bus that stops right outside.
Service
10/10
The hotel offers excellent service, especially at reception. Staff members were friendly. They provided small dark chocolates on the bed each day. I found the hotel team good, smiling, and happy to assist with all requests.
Dining
9/10
The hotel has a good bar area and a restaurant. The buffet offers a wide range of options. I tried both the buffet and à la carte breakfast. Both were very good. The rooftop bar is available.
