the staff was friendly. there was a sky bar that seemed like a Little oasis in a busy city.

the initial room given to me was too dark. I do think they should ensure all rooms are equally suitable upon arrival. i was later upgraded to a better room on a higher floor.

The room provided a peaceful respite with high quality bedding and fluffy towels. Housekeeping maintained everything super clean a testament to their dedication. I appreciated the hotel's attention to detail. The building's unique interior design created a warm ambiance. The location also allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.

I noticed the sink area in the bathroom felt a little small. It made things a bit tight when we were both getting ready.

clean room great breakfast helpful staff

the housekeeping kept the room clean and refreshed daily. breakfast was great with many choices! all the staff were courteous and helpful. the rooms are soundproofed so it was very quiet, even though the hotel is on a main street.

i found a hair in my fruit salad one morning.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities

The hotel featured a functional gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The spa included a sauna and a small jacuzzi (it was perfect after long walks). My room had a coffee machine with capsules, which I used every morning. I found the large bed very comfortable with good bed linen.

I had a slight issue with the air conditioning, I could only adjust it through reception.

The room had ample space for three people with a large double bed. We also had an open sofa bed and room for more seating. The bathroom featured a huge tub plus a spacious shower. I found the hotel team good and always ready to help. Wardrobes offered ample storage.

there was a conference that limited access to the hotel bar one evening.
