Excellent Stay with Amazing Views

The room offered fine views. The room was large. It included an excellent bathroom with a separate bath and shower. All the staff were very helpful. Front desk and porters provided great assistance. Taxis were readily available just outside the hotel. A bus ran every 10 minutes offering an easy way into town. The hotel is on top of a hill.

The sauna was not working during my attempted use.

The hotel offered easy parking in the garage. Advanced notice was necessary. Spaces were limited. The breakfast room was good. It offered a similarly marvelous view of the castle and parliament. A Sky Lounge was available on the rooftop.

The breakfast experience was the best I've ever enjoyed. The staff were amazing in the breakfast room. The food offering was excellent. There was plenty of variety. I found the room very comfortable after a fulfilling meal.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the castle district. It is just steps from Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church. I found the location to be ideal for the time I spent in the city. Public transportation offered easy access throughout the city.

The hotel is next to the fisherman's bastion. This is quite convenient. there is a bus stop only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. i could take bus no. 16 to the danube banks and the city center from there.

The breakfast room was very full and noisy. it seemed like a canteen, which i did not appreciate. there was too much rushing around in the room. This made it difficult to relax. the experience was less than ideal.

My allocated room was not entirely clean. I noticed several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The shower drain seemed to have a slight blockage, causing water to pool. I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I also experienced difficulties with the climate control system. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature.
