a tender escape
really good service luxurious lobby wealth knowledge ample room
The staff offered really good service, showing warmth and consideration. special mention goes to the door staff, they offered a wealth of knowledge on the area and public transport! the room had both a bath and a shower. The bed was massive, offering ample room.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling enough. It probably would have been rectified immediately if i had let the front desk know!

The hotel is near the main shopping street, andrassy street, a good area! numerous restaurants are nearby, with dining choices. it is very walkable to major landmarks. This made exploring so easy.

I found the pool area beautiful, offering many amenities. the hotel spa is fantastic. It provided a serene escape. the drinks menu in the bar was lovely. The food in the restaurant was superb. Every meal felt special.

delicious meals professional server great knowledge
The Atrium restaurant featured delicious meals. I had the steak and a red wine. Servers Balázs and József were very professional. They had great knowledge of the items on the menu.
The bath towels were too large. They were heavy and didn't need to be so gigantic.

central location excellent breakfast helpful staff
The hotel's location is central to many attractions. I found the breakfast buffet excellent with many options. The staff were helpful and addressed my needs promptly. I appreciated the large room with its comfortable bed.
I noticed the elevators could be slow during peak hours so I factored that into my schedule.

Not quite a five-star experience
dated furniture unhelpful front desk
The location was central. It was easy to access many sites.
The room showed wear. The furniture felt dated. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and i found this unacceptable. The staff seemed disinterested in addressing this issue. The front desk clerk was unhelpful and seemed annoyed that I booked through a third-party website.

The Royal Spa, including the pool, jacuzzi, and steam room, is closed until further notice. However, spa treatments such as massages are still available, and gym facilities remain open. What will I pay to access the spa facilities during my stay?
