The location proved convenient.
The staff was not especially cute. My room's bathroom had a leaking shower and visible mold on the grout. This was quite unappealing. The room lacked complimentary water too. I expect that from hotels such this.

i found the service to be fantastic. extra touches for children included sweets, an activity pack, and juice in the room. the room was very spacious, a detail i appreciated a lot. the bathroom decor was lovely and very well maintained.
The staff at reception weren't the friendliest during check-in. It was a slight hiccup, but the rest of the stay was great.

the hotel included very nice spaces and amenities for families. there were spaces designed specifically for children, and also quiet corners for reading. it made the environment very versatile and great for everyone.
