convenient locationfantastic receptioncoffee facilitieshot refreshments
The location was really convenient for exploring the city. The reception staff were fantastic. The young lady who checked me in provided the best service I have ever experienced. She was excellent. She helped a gentleman with his wife who was in a wheelchair before me.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. I wanted a coffee from the bar after coming back to the hotel in the evening, I waited 20 minutes to be served, only to find the coffee machine had been turned off. No hot refreshments were available. I was very upset about this.

The location worked well. It is directly across from the Central Station. The room was spacious. I appreciate the reprogrammable safe. The blackout curtains were very useful. I had a good view of the bustling city. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The room was a little cramped for two peoples. There was no kettle. There wasn't a chair, just a stool. The blinds on the window were awkward.

the room was lovely and very well situated. check in was made easy with the self check in facilities on offer. my room was nice, very clean throughout. i appreciated these convenient services.
I asked for an early check in but was told no. 3Pm is check in time plus the hotel wasn't fully booked on saturday night. i found this very disappointing. i went to the bar sunday evening and it was only a fridge with very limited drinks. it wasn't appealing at all.
