The hotel's location is really Fine. Facilities are excellent and every staff member was friendly. Shannon gave lots of useful information and looked after us. The activities available are diverse. The grounds were well kept.

overcrowded areas slow service

The recreational areas were clearly not sufficient for the number of guests present. I found it difficult to secure a space at times. The hotel also seems to be undecided on its target demographic. Is it a family resort or a premium experience? I found it difficult to reconcile both options.

beautiful grounds restaurant choice helpful staff

the grounds are beautiful, i loved the main house. there were several restaurant choices, nice. i played the cameron club golf course and the views of the loch were amazing. the staff were great (so helpful!).

i wish the bottled water in the bedrooms was complimentary.

the location was acceptable (it is scenic).

Check-in was delayed as the room was not ready. the bar lacked table service, so i had to queue. breakfast was a terrible experience. It was crammed, the staff seemed stressed, and tea or coffee was not offered until halfway through my meal. i won't be returning.

The concierge service was seamless . They managed parking and luggage delivery to the rooms. The check-in process was quick. The staff was consistently friendly and eager to help throughout the hotel. I found the facilities to be immaculate, both inside the building and across the grounds.
