Acceptable Room, Issues with Restaurant Service

great viewslow serviceindifferent staff
The room was nice and I had a great view of the Hydro and the surrounding area.
The service in the restaurant was not good. I sat down and it took 40 minutes before anyone asked what drinks I wanted and the staff walked past me without asking if I needed anything, as if I was invisible. There was also no offer for any more drinks after I finished them or anyone asking if my food was okay I did not expect this from a 4 star hotel.

amazing experience, sky bar rocked!

awesome timesky barcomplimentary drinkscold food
i had an awesome time. the sky bar on the 9th floor had amazing views. the staff really went the extra mile, even putting complimentary drinks in our fridge since it was our anniversary, a great touch!
The limited meal facilities on an event night made it difficult to get food. I wanted to order in the restaurant and take it to my room. but the food was cold when i got it, it had to go back.

the room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable.
the kitchen closed early after the event , this was a surprise. there were no coffee pods available for use in the rooms , and there was also a lack of teabags. bathroom floor tiles had water underneath , it squelched when stepped on.

Acceptable Stay

convenient locationclean placeslow serviceuninformed service
The location was convenient. I was visiting a nearby venue and found it easy to get to. The hotel had a good buzz about it, I thought. The place was very clean too.
The service in the restaurant was not good. We waited a long time before anyone took our drinks order. I had to ask for toilet paper. The service was very slow and uninformed.
