I had a very nice time at this hotel. The staff were helpful upon arrival. The hotel's decor, especially in the bar area, presented a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The location proved very convenient, near shops and restaurants. I'll certainly consider a return visit.

The room included natural shower products. They smelled amazing!!! there was also a great hairdryer available for use. the bed was firm. It gave a very supportive feeling, and the pillows were bouncy and comfortable. extra pillows were also conveniently stored in the wardrobe.

the staff was friendly and accommodating.
the room was cold upon arrival and it took over an hour to resolve (i had to call multiple times). also, the taxi fare arranged by reception to the airport cost significantly more than the initial ride.

The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it offered so much choice, it really catered to everyone's tastes. the option to eat in the bar was really helpful. It was intimate and comfortable. i found extra pillows in the wardrobe, a lovely touch.
the water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger.

The room was well-decorated, and the bed and shower were good. i think most rooms have disabled facilities. the staff gave me a space where i could meet with my customer. I am sincerely grateful. our rooms were clean and quiet.
i paid extra for a late checkout the next day, and it was confirmed. someone walked in at about 11am, though our checkout wasn't until 2pm!
