the room was clean and a good size. i had a premium room (a very nice choice). the location was excellent, right next to the station. the staff were professional and friendly.

my room overlooked the station and had roman blinds. these let in a lot of light (not ideal for sleeping). there was nowhere to hang a coat in the room, inconvenient. i found the prices at champagne central quite high.

The check-in experience was efficient. The room was clean and quiet. The staff members proved quite helpful throughout my stay. I found its location very convenient. Restaurants and shops were easily accessible from the hotel.

I noticed a technical issue when using the TV menu for room service. The order initially failed after payment. It took several complaints to the hotel to get the refund processed. This delayed resolution consumed a lot of my time.
