the room was a great size and very clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful when i had questions. i was grateful for the excellent breakfast and the reasonably priced evening meal.

the hotel imposed an additional charge which was taken off my bank account. it was a surprise and i don't think it was necessary.

The hotel was very clean. I noticed meticulous attention to detail everywhere. everything i might want in the room had been thought of. the staff was pleasant and professional. i liked the complimentary overnight parking.

the pillows were very hard! it was like sleeping on a concrete block. it gave me a bad sleep.

the welcome i received was great, and the staff were helpful. i felt the front of house manager. the concierge had a wealth of knowledge and many recommendations for things to do.

the pillows were terrible it was like sleeping on rocks. there were two pillows, i thought one might be soft. that was not the case i also found out slippers are not provided. i always assume hotels offer them especially considering the price of the room. the minibar was empty this was a disappointment.

i arrived before check-in, but mia accommodated me. i asked because i was tired from a long drive. the hotel's location was easy to find and the parking was convenient.

the satellite tv in my room did not work. the climate control was not effective, so the room ran hot .
