a decent stay with some shortcomings

the breakfast was pretty good, it offered a decent variety. i liked there was a dedicated station for dietary needs. staff in the bar were helpful and quick, but i wish everyone was as friendly as helen, the bar lady.

the swimming pool was nice, but the steam room really smelled of urine. i also felt that the leisure facilities should be included in the overall price and not charged as an extra. it really wasnt worth the extra cost to use those facilities.
