The check-in and check-out were smooth. The front desk and concierge teams were superb. Our luggage was delivered to the room very quickly. The piano bar offered fantastic service and excellent cocktails. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds.

the hotel has a central position. it is close to many attractions. i could easily walk to the city hall and various shops from the front door. the grand opera house is also within easy walking distance.

The executive room had plenty of space. the bed felt comfortable, a welcome retreat after a day exploring. the staff provided maps and directions (always with a smile!). i particularly enjoyed the cocktail selection at the bar. Each drink was crafted with care.

i had some issues . the bathroom floor was slippery (even when dry). the breakfast seating area was too cramped. i am not sure i would return as there are plenty of other options in the city center.

The decor and furnishings were of high quality. I liked there were two easy chairs in my bedroom. Lighting was good and the window opened for fresh air.

The car park was a short walk from the entrance to the building.
