the beds were comfortable and i loved the overall room design the staff offered perfect service i was a big fan of the heated floors . we even got a birthday gift left in the room as requested it was a lovely surprise. i really appreciate the little details like that, it.

the changing rooms for the pool were not very clean the floors were filthy and showers covered in hair there was dust everywhere.
