My room was acceptable. It had large windows overlooking the river.

The bar service was rather disappointing. Glasses were not clean. the food arrived cold. I also noticed significant noise outside the front of the building at night.

a really lovely stay

helpful staff convenient location complimentary upgrade

i found the staff were friendly and helpful. the location suited my travel needs very well. one of our rooms received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, a fantastic surprise.

i did notice that the hotel room's bath mat looked rather dirty, its yellow color was very unappealing.

The room was super spacious. It had a great river and town view. Breakfast was excellent as always happens at a Radisson. Hazel at breakfast gets a special mention! I totally loved the excellent service!

The room was not special at all. Grouting wasn't finished on the tiles in the bathroom. TV only showed Irish channels. Other channels did not worked. Even the phone in the room looked pretty old. It had a paper over it for instructions.

I really loved that the breakfast had so much variety. Plenty to choose from. Staff here is amazing, they were very helpful. My room was super spacious, well-equipped and even clean. The river view from my room was also excellent.

The hotel decor is a little dated.

ready staff attentive staff lovely view irish stations stained chair pool overhaul

i HAD a REALLY amazing experience. The staff were always ready to help. Sneha was sweet and attentive. THE view from my room was lovely.

The tv only showed irish stations. The chair in the room had a stain. The changing rooms at the pool need an overhaul. There WAS tape around part of the pool.
