I enjoyed the hot food during breakfast. It included many options. I also found the large bedroom nice. The bed was comfortable. The fluffy pillows were a plus.

The room included a coffee pod machine, which I used daily. The pool area seemed well-kept and clean. The location offered a nice view of the water and it was a quick drive into the town. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, ALWAYS smiling and ready to assist.
My shower only had cold water. I reported this at reception. I didn't receive a follow-up or any hot water the next morning, this was disappointing as I needed A WARM shower after a long day.

I found my bedoom quite spacious, with a double bed. Both dinner and breakfast were good, I liked it. The spa experience was relaxing. I especially enjoyed the Thermo suite, really great. The staff were so lovely, I am grateful.

the family room had a room attached. this setup gave us extra space and the kids, aged six and nine, had their own area. the bar and restaurant food was excellent. the kids club is great, a spacious room offers fun activities.
for a single night stay, i must point out a small issue. the elevator button did not work on the second floor. cleaning staff use trolleys to move up and down.

Mixed Feelings About This Place

The room was quite big, which I did appreciate.
The bathroom was not great with an low sink. It was impractical to use. The bed was poorly made. The sheets were loose and not fitted properly, so I had to remake the bed myself. The breakfast was also a let down with a good selection of food, but the hot dishes were lukewarm.
