Guests can dine at the PANORAMA restaurant. The beverage team creates special festive cocktails. The hotel offers dining options such as Summer in the City which includes dinner at Panorama. Two-night Urban Escape includes breakfast and a signature Merchant Prince cocktail at the Panorama Terrace or The Glasshouse, plus dinner in the Panorama Restaurant. A one-night stay includes breakfast and a 3-course evening meal in Panorama Restaurant. Director of Operations, Matthew McClure, provides wine pairing recommendations. Afternoon Tea is available, costing €46.50 with a glass of Prosecco, or €58.50 with Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
Leisure and Entertainment
The Montenotte Hotel features a Cameo Cinema, a 50-seat in-house cinema with nightly movies. Guests have complimentary access. Bellevue Spa offers six treatment rooms with rejuvenating and relaxing treatments. Treatments include facials and body treatments to repair and restore skin. A deep tissue massage followed by a Dermaviduals enzyme facial is also available. Guests have access to Motion Health Club, which includes a gym, a 20-meter swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi.
