The location was perfect, (I have to admit). It made it easy to explore the area.
I was overcharged for breakfast. I was charged for two people when it should have been one. I addressed this with the reception and was told I would receive a refund, but I still have not received it. The room was filthy. Cleaners did not come into the room until day three of a four-day stay.

The room I booked included air conditioning. I could not regulate the temperature. It was either too cold or too noisy. There also looked to be a certain lack of engagement from some members of the staff. The food in the restaurant needs some improvement. I found it quite bland.

The location was excellent. Breakfast had a great variety of choices and was available from 6:30 until 10:30. The staff at reception were very helpful to all guests.
The room cleaning only happened after three nights of our stay. This was explained as an environmental initiative. the sheets were not changed, and I found this insufficient.
