the location was great for exploring. i walked to the river walk. the breakfast was really good (the pastries were fresh). the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

the air conditioning was quite loud at 4 am. i couldn't switch it off. the room had only instant coffee. the tv in the room was broken.

chipped wood carpet stain

This hotel is supposedly a five-star hotel. How they get this rating is beyond me. The room looked tired. I spotted chipped wood on furniture and a large stain on the carpet. I was really expecting better for the money I spend.

insufficient pressure broken seat

the hotel's location proved satisfactory it was near the city center.

the shower pressure was insufficient the temperature fluctuated considerably i also noted the toilet seat was partially broken these issues detract from what i expect from a hotel of this standing i expect better maintenance and attention to detail.

helpful staff amazing breakfast excellent selection noisy air conditioning poor condition low water pressure

the staff were helpful and very nice. breakfast is amazing. there was an excellent selection of foods. it was all of the highest quality.

the air conditioning was a little noisy. when we tried to turn it off it didn't work. a few small things were in poor condition. low water pressure was in the shower.
