The location was excellent. it was easy to get around and see the sights. the breakfast had a great selection of items. I found many options i liked.

The room felt a bit noisy at times. I could hear sounds from outside. the hairdryer in the bathroom kept cutting out. It was difficult to use properly. i rang reception, but there was no reply.

the breakfast had fantastic choices and everything tasted great. the spa proved to be the main attraction with friendly hotel staff. i requested flowers and received them with two desserts. this hotel provides privacy, comfort, modernity and a well-equipped spa.

getting to the hotel by car was a bit difficult.

the location was great for exploring. the breakfast was nice, but i wished for more vegan options (e. g. vegan yoghurt). the room i had was clean, beautiful and spacious.

the luggage assistance was missing. i would have expected help with taking my luggage to my room. instead, i was directed to the elevators and informed of my room number. the room's noise levels from a nearby bar were disruptive. i had to use white noise from my phone to sleep (not ideal for a relaxing stay).

The location was very convenient for accessing nearby restaurants. The spa facilities, including the sauna and pool, were clean. Breakfast had many options, including vegan choices. I enjoyed the meals that were available on the menu.

The gym felt EXTREMELY hot. I asked staff to adjust the air conditioner. I was told it was broken and needed repair. I requested fresh towels. They never arrived. I decided to use the old towels instead.
