The location is central, I appreciated the easy access to attractions. I found the staff cute and helpful, very responsive to requests. The breakfast buffet offered a varied choice, and I liked the eggs Benedict.

The wellness area lacked some details. Clearer information regarding bathing facilities would have been helpful.

The hotel location is great for exploring the city center. My spacious room included a comfortable king bed. I also enjoyed the underground spa facilities with a swimming pool a steam room and a sauna.

The hairdryer in my room kept cutting out during use.

the breakfast had fantastic choices and everything tasted great. the spa proved to be the main attraction with friendly hotel staff. i requested flowers and received them with two desserts. this hotel provides privacy, comfort, modernity and a well-equipped spa.

getting to the hotel by car was a bit difficult.

great location clean room spacious room missing assistance noisy room disruptive noise

the location was great for exploring. the breakfast was nice, but i wished for more vegan options (e. g. vegan yoghurt). the room i had was clean, beautiful and spacious.

the luggage assistance was missing. i would have expected help with taking my luggage to my room. instead, i was directed to the elevators and informed of my room number. the room's noise levels from a nearby bar were disruptive. i had to use white noise from my phone to sleep (not ideal for a relaxing stay).

convenient location spa facilities vegan choices broken air conditioner missing towels excessive heat

The location was very convenient for accessing nearby restaurants. The spa facilities, including the sauna and pool, were clean. Breakfast had many options, including vegan choices. I enjoyed the meals that were available on the menu.

The gym felt EXTREMELY hot. I asked staff to adjust the air conditioner. I was told it was broken and needed repair. I requested fresh towels. They never arrived. I decided to use the old towels instead.
