the room was clean, meeting my basic expectations.
The shower was a real issue. i only got hot water for about three seconds before it turned cool again. i told the reception, but they thought it was fine. I expected better for the price. also, the shampoo was really small, a letdown for a supposed four-star place

The location was really good. It was very central and provided easy access to everything. I booked airport transfers and tours for Auschwitz and Birkenau through the hotel, and everything went smoothly. Drivers were lovely and professional.
The breakfast selection could be improved , as it had few options.

Wonderful stay at central location

The location was really convenient. It had easy access to main attractions. My room had a view of the square. Restaurants and shops were easily reachable. The staff helped me a lot. The room also had a free safe and slippers. A mini fridge was available. I found fresh water and soft drinks inside. These were restocked daily.
The pictures shown did not match the actual rooms. The furniture looked old. The bedsheets had an unpleasant smell. DIRT was visible everywhere.

The room included a kettle. A coffee machine and a milk frother were also available. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable. I found the water pressure in the shower was very good. The water was always hot too.

The hotel sits right on the main square. I found it a perfect location for exploring. ALL essential sights are within walking distance. I could easily go sightseeing whenever I wanted.

i enjoyed the central location. breakfast had excellent choices and the staff were friendly. i especially liked that the hotel reception staff were helpful in arranging taxis to and from the airport.
the hotel room itself was not the best. the towels and bath robes seemed dingy and thin. i didn't want to touch too much in the room.
